About me
My name is Bryanna and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Brockport and my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. I have experience working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life. My specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). I recognize everyone is different, so I use a person-centered approach combined with CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and narrative therapy to tailor the therapeutic experience to you. I would love to join you on your journey, wherever it takes us.

Individual sessions are conducted at the following lengths:
Standard Session: approximately 50 minutes
Extended Session: approximately 90 minutes

During our sessions I will use a person-centered approach paired with evidence-based modalities in order to tailor my sessions to meet my clients where they are at. My goal is that you feel safe and supported in my office so we can work towards your goals of healing and growth.
I have been known to incorporate videogames and art into my therapy sessions using biofeedback. Biofeedback can help build mindfulness, emotion regulation, and more. If you are interested, I would love to answer any questions.

I currently accept Aetna, Excellus BCBS, and MVP insurance.
If I do not take your insurance, or you do not want to use your insurance, I also accept clients at an out of pocket rate. A good faith estimate, (as part of the no surprises act), will be available prior to your first session, and updated yearly.
If your insurance company accepts out of network options I can provide you with a superbill upon request. Please be aware that providing your insurance company with a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement. It is up to you to confirm this with your insurance company prior to beginning our work together.
