Jess Hoffend
My name is Jess, and I am a graduate counseling intern. I earned my bachelor's degree in writing from St. John Fisher University and my master's degree in special education and literacy from SUNY Albany. I am currently completing my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at St. Bonaventure University and expect to graduate in December 2026.
My professional experience includes work in elementary education, corporate instructional design, and nonprofit employment counseling. These varied experiences have helped shape a compassionate, well-rounded perspective that I bring into the therapy space. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment and am committed to providing evidence-based, person-centered care that is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs.

I offer in person sessions at 2450 West Ridge Road, Suite 304, in Greece, NY. I also offer telehealth sessions if you are located in New York State during the time of service. Individual sessions are approximately 50 minutes long. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation (via phone) so you and I can ensure we are the right fit for each other!

I accept clients at an out of pocket rate. These sessions are $50. A good faith estimate, (as part of the no surprises act), will be available prior to your first session, and updated yearly.
If your insurance company accepts out of network options I can provide you with a superbill upon request.
